Graphic Design is a hybrid creative and technical marketing role focused on transforming ideas and outlines into compelling, high-quality content across various formats. This person combines strong design, storytelling and composition skills with the efficiency and precision needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment. With substantial experience in design tools and best practices (ie. Adobe Creative Suite), they ensure every piece of content not only meets brand standards but also drives results. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and constantly looking for ways to increase both quality and output - setting the bar for performance within the marketing team and beyond.

As a hi-tech manufacturing business, our technical team includes experts and engineers with experience in the acoustic, mechanical, electrical, software and embedded software domains. We operate from locations at either end of Canada.
What you’ll do:
- Create branded graphic stills with copy
- Create and edit branded video content
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite
- Edit and proof longer compositions (e.g. Blog posts, articles, editorials, etc.)
- Write short compositions or articles based
- Edit / update existing marketing materials (e.g. brochures, banners, labels, business cards etc.)
- Create new marketing materials as needed
- A/B testing of creatives
- Consistent ‘re-upping’ of industry knowledge
- Plan and execute marketing events (small and large scale)
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in marketing and visual design is necessary.
- Please submit a portfolio of your graphic design work - stills, videos, campaigns, social posts or anything else made by you for other businesses.
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
